The clients expectations should be met and exceeded as a matter of normal practice rather than once in a while. Each assignment should be investigated meticulously thorough as required and in an efficient manner followed by detailed and timely reports to the client so that they are informed and confident in the direction of a file. Adjusters must be exceedingly competent and conduct themselves professionally with empathy to policyholders toward superior customer service.

Although there are other options for independent adjusting firms, we set ourselves apart from the rest on each and every assignment because we believe whole heartedly in this approach, and we practice it every day!
